Well the lease is up in april '06, and the Landlord won't renew the lease. The people above us have 3 months to find a new place; they had a one-year lease. There's your stereotypical shit-ass landlord for ya.

well actually you are correct. An asshole land lord only tells you in 90 days advance for that is all the law requires. Our landlord is not as much of an asshole as he could be. However, just for fun i plan to bust a hole in the wall and take a shit in it.
